Again … Great technique from Master Lloyd and Mike.

Great video. Thanks

Nixe!

This is a Awsome Technique and I plan on using it tonight in my Jitz class. Thanks again.

Once again Mr. Irvin and his team have done an exceptional job. As a never-ending student of the martial arts it is good to know that the material contained on these videos will make a black belt realize that they may be a black belt in their hips but a white belt in your mind!

Greawt video!

This is a very useful breakdown and will be sharing.

Thx!

Nice technique, I wish more people would teach leglocks and counters!

o, i remember the first time i was caught with a knee bar. I had no idea how to get out, so i just started to spin and pry the arms. i wish i used this practical application.

very cool video

And I thought this was going to be the old “use your free foot kk to push his hip down away from your knee

Thanks for the technique. I can’t wait to try it

SWEET!!

SWEET!!sweet!

Great techniques as usual! thanks Lloyd!

You make it look so easy!e it look so easy!

Love the ideos lol i used on of the setups in my last fight keep em com

damn my fat fingers lol love the videos!!!

Great technique! Your approach to teaching jiu jitsu is very thorough. I think it’s good that you guys examine the common mistakes that may occur in the performance of the technique. Your explanation of how to avoid mistakes brings more understanding to the move, and by doing this, you increases the player’s chance of successfully pulling off the technique. I can’t emphasize how valuable it is to avoid mistakes. Your instruction not only helps to teach a technique, but how to also prevent “holes” in your game. I’m impressed with all of the videos you guys have posted! Thanks!

Nice. Technique.

Nice technique. I learned the leg lock but hte defense is certaintly something that helps to know. nique.

This is an excellent and simple technique.

Simple but effective. Defense and escapes are very important. Thank you.

I don’t know how you do it but each video is better than the last. Please keep them coming!!!

I wish I would’ve known that escape a month ago, I’m still healing up!!

This is a GREAT escape. I was always taught/told to put your hand on your knee and push with your foot. Great move.

Outstanding! The Lloyd Irvin DVD’s are known for making the complicated simple and quickly applied. This technique is a perfect example! Thanks again!!
