Great move. I compete a lot in the cruiser weight but I am only 5′6 so I always get big guys. They always try overwhelming me with their size but this takes that all away with speed and technique. Very nice!!! Thanks again.

It\’s rare to see a move I haven\’t seen before, but this is one of them. I\’m intrigued now about the rest of the dvd.

That technique is disgusting! I really like where you show common mistakes. The escape I use from knee of belly is where you push the ankle in to your half guard but then you still have to fight for the sweep or to better your position. This is great because it does it all in one move! As always the video was great and very informative can’t wait to try it out!
