Awesome! Great details! I love the duck under, but people wise up to the same old set-up i was using… this is way better. can’t wait to get to the gym and start drilling!
Sick technique. Im not a wrestler at all, more of a guard guy. This will expand my game from the feet for sure! I dont like shooting for take downs that much so this is a real good alternative for me and u get the back directly. Thanks again
really cool instructional series.
A simple and effective move! Very well-explained and easy to follow. Thanks!
Sweet!
This was the second takedown I ever learned, a long long time ago. It was very well explained here. Even though the video doesn’t look crystal clear the brightly colored mats in the background make it easier to see what they are doing.
Love the takedown, I’ve used it before but never wrapped until they were done, I was shown to take the back too soon. This is lots better, thanks a bunch!
once the other guy establishes the it wont workl because it is too tight rothe person wont let you go hip to hip
Excellent I have the triangle course and now I will order the No Gi
Great, I didn’t know this one.
Nice , simple and effective. KISS : keep it simple
nice , simple and effective the way real jiu jitsu needs to be.
Nice technique, however i think it would be more effective to just take the back after sliding the arm…. Either way…. Slick move
Great move. The hips are key.
I LOVE IT I NEED A FREE COPY .
I really love that takedown! Very innovative way to transition from the collar tie! That happens a lot!
Awesome move. I want to try this next time I practice. I would love a free copy of the program too.
I like the simplicity
Great instruction. I already have the no gi made easy can’t wait to get my copy of 2.0.
nice takedown, never used this one before. will try when class rolls around.
I love Mike’s delivery. The steps are clearly articulated, and demonstrated. Plus he’s short like me

Very nice move. I wish I would have known this when I was a wrestler. Takedowns are sometimes overlooked in BJJ. Thank you.
I have loved all these techniques so far. Keep them coming
Good detail, keep your hip close to your opponent.
The vids speak for themselves – Mike & JT do a great job as always – how could anyone NOT buy the No Gi vid series – ..Great job Lloyd & crew…
Really great instructional video, thanks for making this available, and for free. I will suck less now.
Thanks for the Free tips. A helluva series.
ThankThanks for the Free tips. They are very beneficial.s for the Free tips. A helluva series.
you can work so much ore just off that one move love it
Great technique for the grappler with no wrestling or judo experience–easy to learn and execute!
Just ordered the set, can’t wait to try out the techniques.
Nice and easy.
Once again Mr. Irvin and his team have done an exceptional job. As a never-ending student of the martial arts it is good to know that the material contained on these videos will make a black belt realize that they may be a black belt in their hips but a white belt in your mind!
Thanks for all the info. very good techniques
Great job as usual! You are helping my game!!
I am just starting and your videos are CLASS!! A free DVD would be helpful – lol! Keep up the good work
I’ve used this move before but I’ve always reached over and pulled it by. I’ll have to try this “pop” from underneatth. thanks

awesome techmique, i’m more of a ground guy so this will surley hel me out in my game
also, this would be alot easier if i was able to see what i’m writing instead of trying to guess. i’m just saying.
great explanation of details
it is not only take down.it is teak downwith taking the back at the same time excellent move.thank you.

Cool… I’m not the best at takedowns and this fits me well – i love taking the back!
